Ausenco’s inaugural Health Week a big success
Our health is important for so many reasons, but often it’s the one thing that’s pushed to the bottom of our personal ‘to do’ list. In late February, more than 3,400 people at Ausenco and their families and friends were encouraged to think about their health and take action. Information sessions were held in almost all of our offices and project locations on topics including healthy hearts, healthy eating, blood pressure, living and working at altitude, cholesterol, early cancer detection and prevention, vaccinations, stress management, smoking and alcohol. Many people also participated in activities such as skin cancer checks, fitness challenges, yoga sessions, massages and ‘stretching at work’ sessions.
Our challenge now is to ensure we all put our healthy living and eating plans into action!
