    Port Mann Water Supply Tunnel Project Team Wins Prestigious Award

    The Port Mann Water Supply Tunnel project was recognized by the Tunnelling Association of Canada Monday, October 17 with their prestigious Canadian Innovation Project of the Year award. The award recognizes tunnelling projects that exhibit exceptional engineering skill, insight and innovation in the face of challenges. Several "firsts in Canada" were employed to achieve the final design.

    Ausenco named one of Canada's safest employers

    Ausenco has again been recognized as one of Canada’s safest employers at the Canadian Safety Awards Gala held October 24th, in Toronto, Canada. The annual gala, hosted by Canadian Occupational Safety magazine, unites companies from across Canada who are leaders in promoting occupational health and safety practices in their fields. Ausenco was a silver award recipient in the mining and natural resources category at the event.

    Ausenco’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs and people recognised in National Safety Council of Australia Awards

    We’re delighted to announce that Ausenco has won the Category of Best Communication of a Safety Message and recognised as a Finalist for the Best Continuous Improvement of a WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) System in the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA) Foundation/GIO National Safety Awards of Excellence announced in Sydney, Australia this week.

    Lodgement of Court Orders with ASIC - Scheme becomes legally effective

    Further to its announcement earlier today that the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Court) had approved the Scheme of Arrangement under which Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. (RCF) will acquire control of Ausenco (Scheme), Ausenco Limited (Ausenco) confirms that a copy of the Court’s orders have now been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Scheme has become legally effective.
