George Lloyd is involved in providing advisory services to the resources sector. He is Chairman of AWR Lloyd, an Asian-based firm providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, industrial research and investor relations advisory services to the mining and energy industries in Asia and Australia. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the US-based investment fund Resource Capital Funds.
George has served as a board member of a number of listed and unlisted Australian resource companies with interests in minerals, energy and industry services. He is currently a non-executive director and Chairman of Pryme Oil and Gas Limited. George also served on the board of Equatorial Mining Limited from March 2002 to February 2006.
