Ausenco employs a partnership approach to each project, which is the tool for sustainable development, by working with local governmental structures and non-governmental organisations to manage and monitor the impact of its activities. During the execution planning phase for all projects, Ausenco pays particular attention to identifying appropriate employment and business opportunities for the local and indigenous communities. Ausenco acknowledges that local involvement is a critical success factor for the development of a project and its sustainable operation.
