Ausenco’s share registry is Computershare.  Please contact Computershare or visit their Investor Centre to:

• View a portfolio of all your Computershare managed shareholdings
• Update your registered address, tax file number (TFN), bank account details and more and
• View your transaction and dividend history.

Ausenco offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) to allow shareholders to reinvest all or part of their dividends in our shares.  Shares issued through the DRP will be issued at a price determined by the volume weighted average price for the five days immediately preceding, and including, the dividend record date. 

Shares issued through the DRP are fully paid and rank equally with existing fully paid ordinary shares.  More information can be found in the DRP rules (PDF 69KB) and the DRP FAQ (PDF 29KB).

Ausenco encourages the use of electronic tools to communicate efficiently with shareholders and minimise waste and costs.

As such, we encourage shareholders to register with eTree to receive shareholder communication from us electronically. This saves paper, reduces costs and does the environment a favour at the same time.

For each shareholder who registers to receive their shareholder communications via eTree, we will donate $2 to Landcare Australia to assist with the rehabilitation of Australian wetlands.
