New Professionals Program
Our New Professionals Program provides broad-based, hands-on experience and regular feedback to support on-the-job development. A graduate manager and mentor will help support your development across our two-year program.
Our Placements
New Professionals Program placements are available in Australia only, with placements offered in the areas of:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil/Structural Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Construction Management.

Applicants must possess a degree in engineering from a recognised tertiary institution and be Australian/New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
