Review of coal preparation plant structure

Integra Coal Operations have carried out a number of upgrades to their Coal preparation plant utilising different companies to construct. As part of their due diligence and safety management, the project was commenced to ensure that the plant remained compliant with relevant safety acts and regulations.

Ausenco Taggart was engaged to review the complete coal preparation plant structure, identify any deficiencies, and after correction provide certification that the structure remained compliant with all relevant acts and regulations.

The full CPP was modelled and analysed with all upgrades/modifications included. As part of the deliverables, Ausenco Taggart provided a ready 3D model of the plant as a basis for the modification of any future upgrades.
