Full project delivery on an EPCM basis for installation of a one Mtpa tank cell flotation circuit

The Project involved the installation of a one Mtpa tank cell flotation circuit for the sweetening of sulphide feed to the gold recovery process.  The brownfield project comprised the installation of  five, 20m³ tank cells, flotation blower and services, reagents mixing and dosing system, concentrate and tailings handling systems.

Our scope included full project delivery on an EPCM basis; process development and detailed engineering and preparation of all specifications; procurement, inspection and editing for all equipment; preparation and administration of all fabrication and site works contracts; site construction management and commissioning of the plant; and project management and associated cost control, reporting and scheduling.

Project Highlights

• Delivered required increase in sulphur grade
• Full project safety management plan developed
• Operating at rated capacity within one week
• Project complete with no lost time or disabling injuries in difficult environment, utilising expatriate and local labour.
