Regardless of where our projects are located, we find ways to give back to the communities in which we operate. We want to make a positive difference to their lives.

Ausenco is active in making a positive difference to the communities in which we live and work.

We focus on community education and local economic development, including using local labour and businesses for our projects where possible.  By working with local government and non-government organisations, we manage and monitor the impact of our activities.  This was a key aspect of our work in the Tulawaka Gold Project in Africa.

Through the Ausenco Foundation we have thrown our support behind a wide range of worthwhile causes.  For example, we have helped people rebuild their lives after devastating events like the Victorian bushfires and Queensland floods in Australia, and the Haiti, Samoa and Sumatra tsunami and earthquakes.
