Our focus on leadership development includes a number of key programs under the learning and development framework of Insight Development Programs. Leadership programs include – Management Development Program and the Emerging Executive (EmEx) program.
These leadership programs are underpinned by other Ausenco programs targeting the development of our new professionals, the establishment of formal and informal communities of practice in various disciplines and a focus on all people achieving their development goals through InterAct. These programs and activities are tailored to our various locations, but include "Lunch and Learn" sessions, e-Learning modules, language training and the Team Leader training series. Our people also have the opportunity to be supported through contributions to their external studies where those studies are relevant to their professional development.
