At Ausenco, we’re proud of our ability to attract visionary people who embrace the opportunities to redefine what’s possible for each and every challenge.

The Ausenco Leadership Team, led by our CEO Zimi Meka; and our Broader Leadership Team, which includes our Technical, Consulting, Project Delivery, Operations, Regional and Functional leaders; work together and with their teams to bring our vision and culture to life.

Our leaders are expected to inspire and support their team members to find opportunities to develop new ideas and build their skills and to ensure their contributions are recognised.

While we may adapt our approaches for different people, locations, types of work and clients; our focus on fulfilling our core values of safety in all we do, client focus, people strength, ingenious solutions, open and honest collaboration and respect for the community and environment does not waver.
