Malcolm has 12+ years' experience in precious and base metals mineral processing design, start-up and operations.

Malcolm has a broad base of experience in mineral processing projects having worked in metallurgical testing, development studies from scoping to feasibility level, detailed design, construction, commissioning  and operations over the course of his 12 year career.

His core expertise is in base metal flotation, particularly copper, comminution circuits, gold cyanide leaching and recovery, and most recently sensor based ore sorting.

Malcolm's focus is to add value to projects through the right mix of appropriate technology and cost-effective design. He is an advocate for improving projects through the better use of technology, whether that be novel process equipment, enhancing the way data is used to improve design or the use of smarter control systems.
