Paul has 25+ years of diverse experience in the mining and minerals industry from plant operations to engineering and consulting.

As Global Practice Lead, my challenge is to ensure we bring both the best people and the right solutions to every client so that we become their partner of choice for the present and the future.

Paul has particular expertise in study management, large comminution circuit design, and plant optimization. Paul has authored a number of papers on the practical aspects of comminution circuit design and is a recognized global expert in this field.

His knowledge and skills base is complemented by his international operating and engineering experience gained in very diverse countries including Australia, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Chile, China, Indonesia, and parts of West Africa.

As Ausenco’s Global Practice Lead he is responsible for technical development and the quality of delivery across our global offices.
