Rajendra has over 13 years of professional experience in mineral processing projects, with a focus on designing and sizing process plants, preparing capital and operating cost estimates, and providing detailed design calculations.
At Ausenco, he manages studies, designs and engineers long distance slurry pipelines, water pipelines and tailings pipelines, as well as conducts laboratory tests. As part of pipeline design, he designs plant layouts, develops process flow diagrams, determines the sizing of pumps including pipe selection and delivers equipment specifications. In addition, he is involved in construction audits commissioning and resolving issues with ongoing operations.
Rajendra was involved in the successful delivery of the world’s largest phosphate concentrate pipeline – the OCP Phosphate Slurry Pipeline project in Morocco. He had also managed the engineering of the world’s largest iron concentrate pipeline and leads all current and proposed pipeline studies in India.
