Tania joined Ausenco in late 2018 to lead Ausenco’s Marketing and Communication function globally. She is a B2B marketing executive and innovative leader with more than 17 years of experience providing consulting and leadership to guide marketing, communications, strategy development and change management for multinational organizations. She excels in business planning, digital development and innovation. A recognized team builder, Tania is known for her creative and analytical thinking, with a proven track-record of driving collaboration across a diverse group of stakeholders.
Prior to joining Ausenco, Tania was with KPMG International as the Managing Director, Global Tax Marketing where she was responsible for developing/executing marketing & communication strategies across 154 countries. While at KPMG, Tania and her team were awarded KPMG’s Best in Brand award for Brand Experience in 2013, for Client Innovation in 2016 and again in 2017 for Leadership Communications. Prior to KPMG she spent 4 years at Deloitte leading marketing nationally for the firm’s financial services practice. She also was the marketing lead for Deloitte Canada’s response to the Economic Crisis, which became a global best practice for the firm.
Tania is an alumna of Queen’s University, where she was the recipient of both the Lorne Greene Memorial Award and the William Angus Memorial Award. More recently, she participated in the Executive Development Programme at INSEAD, where she received a Certificate in International Marketing.
